Flavor description:
It is yellow oily liquid at normal temperature, is soluble in vegetable oil, precipitates zanthoxyli pericarpium crystal when it is still, releases rich zanthoxyli pericarpium fragrance and has the mild numb flavor of zanthoxyli pericarpium.
Application scope and recommended dosage:
Its dosage is subject to the production need. The suggested dosage is as follows: Edible condiment and essence 3%-5%; snacks 0.3%-0.5%; instant foods 0.2%-0.5%; seasoning oil 1.5%-3%, conditioning products 0.2%-0.5%.
