To improve the personal quality and abilities of employees, give full play to the activeness of all the staff and realize building of the talent team that promotes development of the Company top down or bottom up, the Company has formulated the Employee Training Management Rules and offers internal training and external training to employees for free.

① The internal training mainly includes: Pre-entry training, post operation skill training, production safety training, quality safety training, fire safety training, enterprise/department strategic goal training, 5S management training, quality control circle training, occupational disease prevention training, etc.

② The external training mainly includes: Management skill training, professional skill training, visit to and study in benchmarking enterprises, outward training, etc.

Encourage employees to obtain title certificates

The Company encourages employees to take an active part in business study and improve their professional skills. To improve employees’ study activeness, the Company has formulated the Incentive Measures for Encouraging Employees to Obtain Title Certificates and Professional Qualification Certificates, mainly including the following contents:

① Attendance management: For individuals who apply for taking an examination for certificates, their absence during the examination will be regarded as normal attendance.

② Expense reimbursement: After employees pass the exam, the Company will reimburse the sign-up fee, books fee, necessary training fee, business travel fee involved in the exam.

③ Career development: The post can be adjusted according to personal skills and contributions to accelerate promotion.

Culture

Support educational improvement of employees

In order to stimulate educational improvement of employees, improve the knowledge level and professional accomplishment and strengthen the talent resource reserve of the Company, the Company has formulated the Employee Educational Improvement Incentive System, mainly including:

① This system is applicable to all the formal employees of the Company.

② Employees’ on-the-job educational improvement mainly includes: Upgrade from junior college student to university student, upgrade from Bachelor’s Degree to Master’s Degree and upgrade from Master’s Degree to Doctor’s Degree.

③ Employees’ attending classes, taking examinations and other educational improvement related matters as required by the school during the regular attendance period will be regarded as normal attendance.

④ Reimbursement of 40%-60% of the total tuition for educational improvement by the Company is subject to the legal invoice.

To specify the Company’s talent strategies of “talent selection, cultivation, utilization and retention”, guide employees to make personal career development plans, promote the effective linkage of Company’s development, talent demands and personal career development planning and help employees to realize their personal career development goal, the Company has formulated the Promotion Management System, which mainly involves the following principles:
