It is brown oil liquid, is soluble in vegetable oil, is likely to produce crystalline particles under 15℃ (the crystal will be dissolved as the temperature rises), releases the unique sweet fragrance of star anise and has the unique sweet taste of star anise.
Application scope and recommended dosage:
Its dosage is subject to the production need. The suggested dosage is as follows: Edible condiment and essence 1%-3%; snacks 0.02%-0.03%; instant foods 0.2%-0.5%; seasoning oil 1%-3%, conditioning products 0.01%-0.03%.
