Flavor description:
It is pale yellow transparent liquid at normal temperature, is volatilizable, is soluble in vegetable oil, is likely to change color at high temperature, releases irritant fragrance of garlic and has the unique spicy taste of garlic.
Application scope and recommended dosage:
Its dosage is subject to the production need. The suggested dosage is as follows: Edible condiment and essence 0.5%-1%; snacks 0.01%-0.03%; instant foods 0.02%-0.05%; seasoning oil 0.1%-1.0%; conditioning products 0.01%-0.03%.
