It is rownish red oily liquid at normal temperature, is mixed with crystalline particles, is soluble in vegetable oil, releases pure and rich cinnamon fragrance and has the unique sweet taste and mild spicy taste of cinnamon.
Application scope and recommended dosage:
Its dosage is subject to the production need. The suggested dosage is as follows: Edible condiment and essence 1%-3%; snacks 0.02%-0.03%; instant foods 0.2%-0.5%; seasoning oil 1%-3%, conditioning products 0.01%-0.03%.
