Product production process


Raw material preparation
Chili pepper, chopped chili, garlic, chili oil, mature vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken extract, seasoned soy sauce for seafood, white sugar, salt, sesame oil, Xuemailon secretly-made scallion oil, Xuemailon water soluble ginger fine powder.
Sauce preparation
1. Chop chili pepper and garlic, dehydrate chopped chili for further use;
2. Heat chili oil to 120°C, add the above-mentioned prepared materials, perform quick fry, until there is fragrance;
3. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, mature vinegar, seasoned soy sauce for seafood, heat until it is boiled, turn off the fire, add other powder, and then mix them evenly.
Sterilization
Pasteurization: 90℃, 10 min
Application
Main ingredient: 230 g cold noodles
Auxiliary materials: 70 g sliced cucumber, 2 g parsley
Seasoning: 35 g cold noodle sauce
Cooking method: Well-cook noodles, put noodles in cold water and then take them out, add seasonings and auxiliary ingredients and then mix them for use.
