Product production process


Pre-treatment of raw materials
Take chilled or naturally unfrozen chicken wings (no broken wings, congestion or lesion).
Rolling and rubbing
Put the rolling and rubbing solution containing Xuemailon condiment and the unfrozen chicken wings in 0-4℃ and -0.08 Mpa rolling and rubbing pot for 60 min of rolling and rubbing. Add starch after the first time of rolling and rubbing for 20 min of rolling and rubbing.
Curing
Put them into the curing room for 8-12 h of curing after rolling and rubbing.
