Product production process


Raw material preparation
Super-fresh chicken powder, aginomoto powder, white sugar powder, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sesames, peanut butter, oyster sauce, seafood sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, chili, red oil chili, Xuemailon composite seasoning oil, Xuemailon water soluble flavor powder.
Seasoning preparation
1. Chili oil preparation: Prepare chili and rapeseed oil (1:9), heat the rapeseed oil for deactivation of enzymes, add sliced ginger and sliced onion for frying; drizzle chili when the temperature lowers to 170°C;
2. Cool chili oil to the ambient temperature, mix evenly ingredients according to the list of ingredients.
Application
